Espinhosos 2014

When harmonized with gastronomic delicacies it reaches its splendor, providing an unforgettable experience.
The harvest in 2014 was a challenge due to the adverse weather conditions that guided the year. Significantly colder Winter and the unusual rain during the Summer, contributed to the late ripening of the bunches. The different varietals were individually selected and harvested by hand, and later subjected to a process of pelicular maceration and fermentation in stainless steel vats.
