Espinhosos 2010
White Wine | Regional Minho | 14.0% VOL
A harvest marked by great complexity and body. This white wine, produced in the Vinho Verde region, joins the Alvarinho grape varieties, with Avesso and Chardonnay. Good varietal and mineral aromas are the striking features of this year.
The harvest began in late September, with cool weather and manual selection of grapes. Fermented in stainless steel vats and partly in French oak barrels. With maceration and ‘battonage’.
